From all natural disasters going on all over the world I think it’s mother earths saying ‘you have overpopulated Me. I am fighting for my life, before you turn me into nothing more than a desert.’

While here we should IMO put Mother Earth FIRST, and the Animal Kingdom second.
Ourselves last.

If not Mother Earth will simply have more fires, Hurricanes, earthquakes, and other disasters as She lowers our population in order to save those who live in the oceans and the animal kingdom.

I say this to remind everyone that it matters not what religion we may follow. Love for Mother Earth and taking care of the non humans that dwell here, matter more.
Take care of the Garden, and She will take care of you/us.

IMO if we do so, we will learn more about love and gain understanding of Spirituality.

What religion we follow you said it does not matter, but if there is no plain view in sight, how will humanity learn to give up there rights and make better the kingdom of this earth for there own nature and those that are of different, Spirituality in itself is to bland to make it happen as all float in the air in there i want to feel so better about myself i coke up some whatever it is that may comes to my m  d ...
Mother earth is a cope out, considering life of the less fortunate is more important then mother earth itself, which includes the consider of taking care of mother earth in itself, the slums, the third world, the sick. But both are at our very backyard in itself, Those that cant see clearly and are make bound to religion in the due no finest, and the same of the like in spirituality who dont mostly walk on the planet earth in itself.

Hurricane earthquakes and other disasters are simple a part of it, Death is not the end, so why you fearing such disasters in the first place, LEt Mother Earth have a voice too, which does not say im overpopulated, since disasters would still happen, even if population will go do SMH. But simple its mother earths time to speak out, saying im more greater, watch how ya tread each other, Karma is on the play. Death is but a value to get to a different next stage. Unless you fear what you have and have not done in your lifetime that was bid for you to do. Not all have the duty of the planets health in mind, tho they might have it still nevertheless, but the picture is much greater and yes school is beyond this planet in itself, for it goes into another, other dimensions, realities and multi-/universes in itself. NIRbvANNa be the Happy enD.

[before you come up with a post saying, how can you not care about planet earths health.... did not have said that]..

we will experience all religions in order to understand more about the people you share the planet with.
You will also experience all the things people do, both good and bad.
We incarnate in both sexes, and all colors, in all countries.
Some lives we are rich, other lives we are the poorest of the poor, and all in between.
Some will remember the after life, others swear life here is all there is.
Earth is a wonderful school. She has also destroyed complete civilizations many times, and will do so again.
Hopefully we will learn how to build a wonderful civilization with no wars or hatred towards those who are different.
Or graduate to another school/planet that will teach us more.

IMHO we are Eternal Souls experiencing life in many schools. We have Guides who help us on our journeys as we strive to learn and understand all we need on our never ending journeys.

I agree with you Skytiger. As you probably know I am against religion, all religions. Religion is just a way to control a population, it professes to give people an understanding of God, but so much of the tenets and writings remain hidden. It was only recently that the Roman Catholic Mass was performed in a language other than Latin. The Latin mass was to keep ordinary lay people in the dark.
Cultures which didn’t aspire to a rigid community system had much more open ‘religious’ ideals.
There were Shamens who were much closer to the earth than anybody today. Apart from Paganism and some eastern practices when was ‘Mother Earth’ heard in a religious service?
Minart quoted a Zen parable. I have used this saying many times because I was once like the professor. My head was so full of religious mumbo-jumbo that I couldn’t see another way forward. One day it was as if a light was held infront of my face. I had a spiritual awakening! Death is a doorway, not a blind ally, I know things which are beyond belief. We are all part of the universe, and as long as it exists so will we. Maybe not in human form because our essential being is Spirit, and that is energy.
I will sign off today and leave a Zen Buddhist story with you, I thing it is valid and will resonate with many people.
Cherio my friend, and may Gods love be always with you.

Word spread across the countryside about the wise Holy Man who lived in a small house on the top the mountain. A man from the village decided to make the long and difficult journey to visit him.
When he arrived at the house, he saw an old servant inside who greeting him at the door.
"I would like to see the wise Holy Man," he said to the servant.
The servant smiled and led him inside. As they walked through the house, the man from the village looked eagerly around the house, anticipating his encounter with the Holy Man.
Before he knew it, he had been led to the back door and escorted outside. He stopped and turned to the servant,
"But I want to see the Holy Man!"
"You already have," said the old man. "Everyone you may meet in life, even if they appear plain and insignificant... see each of them as a wise Holy Man. If you do this, then whatever problem you brought here today will be solved."
What is important is not the right doctrine but the attainment of the true experience. It is giving up believing in belief.

Perhaps the Term Religion is an bad apple to you, and you reckon it to be bad as like i said, in due past decisions of how this was deal with when it was founded in the it in itself. But nAMe Pointing at anything will not help you disattach and free you of the burden it is placed in consider to you, this is anti-spirituality, anti- in itself. The Enlightened person does not bother of what it has been made out of to be, But what HE or She can make of it in itself for itself. For so as all "Religion is not not not bad" it neither is not not good to them that cant get past the troubled minds it has brough to reckon with in past times. Its like saying ya had a bad experience with it and let it get the best of you, Because you cant evade its past traps and failure or hurt it has done to you. Thats Called a Grudge.
Ya Should Really Look into it, Its a Heart matter, if Grudges are set in place

The Quote i Used did fit tho, didnt it. Im neither Religious nor am i bound to it, I Rather Reckon Tho if it works it works. The Glove Did make it fit, and For you to Say such thing John, Just Shows where your at in it.

One does not have to like something to Defend it if it is brought into a corner to be banged on. This is those that are the fatherless and the widows if that would make sense to them. There is a reason why we have buses in the world, For one Driver to Drive and all else all others to just sit in it and let the driver decide, Whereas some, Dont wish to Carepool with themselves. So They Driver Themselves as themselves. THIS IS WHAT set religion is like, The Buss Ride, Whereas Ya Rather Like to Not CarPool with Others to get to the Same Set Sign of Finished Destination. Altho this Allegory does only depict how people drive with the Car, Sure in place also comes the economical matter of how Pollution is dealt with in a carPool or One neither, Gas Money, and However Elsewise to With It.

I Suppose Having a Grudge is better then Letting Go and giving it a New Chance. Unsanitary...So much Trouble in the Heart of y...a.
